The Service
Pochin has been installing and servicing AGA's for over 70 years. We pride ourselves on providing our customers with a complete service package which begins with pre- sales technical advice, through to the installation of the appliance and importantly, after care.
We employ our own team of AGA trained service engineers working in Leicestershire / Rutland and surrounding counties. They hold all the necessary Gas Safe and Oftec qualifications so that we can be sure we can deliver the best service possible. Our engineers only carry authentic AGA parts on their vans.
We also have Rayburn Guild authorised engineers that are trained to fit full Rayburn plumbing and heating installations.

AGA / Rayburn recommended servicing intervals;
• Oil Cooker Service every 6 months - we replace wicks at each six monthly service.
• Gas Cooker service every 12 months - we replace the thermocouple every 3 years.
