The Service

Pochin has been installing and servicing Agas for over 70 years. We pride ourselves on providing our customers with a complete service package which begins with pre- sales technical advice, through to the installation of the appliance and importantly, after care.

We employ our own team of six Aga trained service engineers working in Leicestershire and surrounding counties. They hold all the necessary Gas Safe and Oftec qualifications so that we can be sure we can deliver the best service possible.

We are currently undergoing Solid Fuel (Hetas) registration and training. Full details will be announced in the summer of 2010.

Service Charges

Standard prices from the 1st March 2009, East Midland's Region are:-

Aga cooker service £110.00 (price includes Vat @ 17.5%) plus parts

•  Oil Cooker Parts - we replace wicks at each six monthly service.

•  Gas Cooker Parts - we replace the thermocouple every 3 years.

For your convenience payment can be taken at the time you arrange your service call. Alternatively you can pay the Aga engineer on the day of the service.

Please note that if payment is not received under the above terms a surcharge of 10% will be levied for additional administration costs.
